Mexico has changed rapidly during the 20th century. In many ways, contemporary life in its cities has become similar to that in neighboring United States and Europe. Most Mexican villagers follow the older way of life more than the city people do. More than 45% of the people of Mexico live in cities of over 50,000 inhabitants. Large metropolitan areas include Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Puebla-Tlaxcala, while rural areas include small areas throughout Chiapas, Oaxaca, Guerrero, Sinaloa, Tamaulipas, Yucatán, Aguascalientes, Michoacán, and many more.

Do you think is correct to call indgenous and "mestizo" people from Mexico and South America "latin"?
Q. As i far i as i know u.s. americans don't call native americans "anglo americans" or "saxons" do they? then i think it should be the same way for indigenous or "mestizo" people from Mexico or South America unless they are fully descendants from people of Latin Europe of course (like people from Argentina or Uruguay)
